“About Me “essay

My name is Aliou Balde I am a student at LaGuardia community college. This is my third semester I have completed 19 credits. I am majoring in liberal art math and science. My interest is to become a pharmacist in the future. Reading and playing soccer are my favorite hobbies. My shot term goals are to complete my pre-pharmacy classes true my liberal art math and science major and my long term goal is to transfer to a pharmacy school after I graduate from LaGuardia community college. The reason I chose pharmacy as field that am interested in is because of my good understanding of math physics and chemistry which are the base courses of that field and also because of my good ability to learn fast.

My interest in pharmacy developed a year ago after I had a talk with my former high school mentor about getting a professional job with my high school diploma. He advised me to take six week pharmacy technician program at the Manhattan institute of science. After receiving my certificate I decided to talk to some pharmacist about their daily work day. After gathering all the information about the job I decided that this was the best field for the qualities I have.
